Is the full booking system live?

No. Vi-Tech currently provides a managed shop-website setup service. The booking flow and owner dashboard shown here are planned concepts, not live product features.

Do I replace WhatsApp?

No. The planned booking route is intended to sit alongside WhatsApp for normal customer conversations. Its availability is confirmed in writing.

Do I need to build the page myself?

No. You choose a design and provide the shop content. Vi-Tech prepares the website. Content review and demo approval are included with Pro and Pro Max, not Basic.

What will it cost?

Planned pricing is £5 for Basic, £7 for Pro and £9.99 for Pro Max per verified staff user per month. The owner, managers and staff logins count; booking customers do not. Vi-Tech confirms VAT, scope and final terms in writing before you agree.
